VERTICAL ATHLETICS Return / Exchange Policy:

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Vertical Athletics purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase and we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

 

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

 

Refunds for items returned more than 30-45 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

 

There will be no refunds after 45 days.

 

Returning to VerticalAthletics.com:

 

If you are unsure of our current return mailing address please email us at: INFO@Verticalathletics.com  and we will provide you with the proper return mailing address.   We travel a lot and have multiple addresses.  We want to make sure and process your returns promptly so please email us first to find out which address to send to.


* Detach the top of the package invoice and keep it for your records.

* On the reverse side of the invoice, circle the item(s) that you are returning and indicate the reason for the return. (Please use  the reason codes below.)

* Pack your return in the original package if possible and be sure to include the invoice.


* The original credit card used for the order will be credited.

Exchanging to VerticalAthletics.com:

If you're exchanging, let us know what new item you'd like by filling out the table on the back of the package invoice.

 

* Fill out the Shipping Address box detailing where you would like the exchanged item(s) to be shipped.

* Vertical Athletics will pay the shipping charges for sending the new item back to you.

* Pack your return in the original package if possible and be sure to include the package invoice.

* The original credit card used for the order will be charged if the exchange item value is greater than the returned item.

 

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Vertical Athletics is not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

 

RETURN STATUS:

Upon receipt, it will take approximately one week to process your return. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
 
 
What information do we collect?

  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
  • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

The term "outside parties" does not include Vertical Athletics - Get Vertical. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.


How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
